The department of Sociology, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Adarsha Mahavidyalaya (PDUAM), Behali was established in the year 2023 with the goals of promoting quality education in sociology. The department is offering major and minor courses under the affiliation of Madhabdev University with Four Year Undergraduate Program as per National Education Policy 2020. Sociology is one of the most sought-after subjects today, with an aim to provide academic quality and all-round development of the students. The department’s main focus is to create a comprehensive and inclusive pedagogy to enhance the teaching-learning process.
